In the village of Ishkold there is the oldest of the non-rebuilt churches in the territory of modern Belarus – the Trinity Church. This architectural monument was laid in 1449.
The temple is included in the State list of historical and cultural values of the Republic of Belarus as a monument of sacred architecture. Style – late gothic. The building has retained its original structure to the present, despite the fact that during the Russo-Polish war in the middle of the XVII century it was badly damaged.
After visiting the church, take a walk around the village itself – a quiet and peaceful place, a very pleasant village.
